Q: How can I get started?

A: To get started, get in touch with me to explain your situation and ask any questions you may have. We can book you an appointment for a face to face consultation.

Helpful points we can discuss:

  • What is your main concern and what you are looking for.
  • It helps if you say at the start when you can’t attend or times you are looking that are more suitable for you for your sessions.
  • Once we agree an appointment I send you directions to my address and give you necessary directions.
  • Our initial meeting will last for 50 minutes at my consulting room and the consultation is free.
  • Payment is made to your therapist at the end of the session by cash or cheque - arrangements can be made for bank transfers.

Q: How long will I come to see you for?

A: This is up to you and what feels right for you. I offer open-ended therapy or we can agree a fixed number of weeks or months.

Q: How often will I attend?
